As we navigate through the constantly evolving COVID-19 pandemic situation, we are adapting our operations to continue offering the essential products and services that our customers and communities need at a time when they need us the most. While doing so, our top priority remains the health and safety of our staff, families and valued customers. As per the current KFLA / Ontario government lock-down mandate , CanDo has been classed as an essential business and will remain open with new restrictions. Please review the following.
Our storefront be will closed to public access as of December 27th:
Customers will no longer have access to our retail store front at this time
Customers will be required to use our outdoor communication device (see below)
We will continue to accept computer repairs both drop-off and pickup
We recommend customers use our alternative means of contact IE Phone, Email or Webchat or to book sales appointment.

Additional changes :
Staff will be onsite to assist customers via Phone, Email ,Web chat or scheduled appointments.
Our onsite service technicians will continue to dispatch for emergency onsites, with proper covid-19 protocols
We offer curbside, online and over the phone purchases.
Hand sanitizer, masks and social distancing will be required for all onsite
Our staff have increased cleaning and sanitizing protocols
Our staff have been issued additional PPE
We will no longer allow public access to our washrooms

In Person: Debit Visa , MasterCard ,Visa, Contact-less and Cash via outdoor communication devices.
Repair pickup and drop-offs:
We will continue to accept repairs via appointment or our outdoor communication box
Installations , repairs and orders of CanDo services
CanDo Service Technicians : Our technicians will dispatch for onsite service calls , all efforts will be taken to repair issues outside of customer premise if possible. All technicians will be required to follow Covid-19 protocols including : Wearing masts, increased sanitization and wearing gloves when applicable.
Equipment tests will still be completed at our Napanee location.
DSL Internet (Bell) : Technicians will only be entering customers locations for installations or repairs if absolutely necessary, all efforts will be taken to repair issues/complete install outside of customer premise.
Cable Internet (Cogeco, Rogers) : Technicians will only be entering customers locations for installations or repairs if absolutely necessary, all efforts will be taken to repair issues/complete install outside of customer premise.
Prior to any dispatches customers will be asked:
Have you or any persons in your home been out of Canada in the past 14 days
Have you or any persons in your home showing symptoms of Covid-19 Corona virus (IE cough, fever, tiredness or difficulty breathing)
Have you or any persons in your home been in contact with anyone who has possibly, or has been confirmed as infected with Covid-19 Corona virus
Providing false information is against the law and may endanger our staff, technicians and our families. Any information found to be falsely given will result in immediate terminations, service flagging and possible criminal charges.
