Due to the recent Covid-19 outbreak in our area and with the new KFL&A Public Health recommendations we are again closing our retail store front to public access. Information on services and support is below Our storefront will close to public access as of June 29th Customers will no longer have access to our retail store front Our service department will remain open , we will continuing no contact drop off / pickup using our external pickup box. Additional changes : Staff will be onsite to assist customers via Phone, Email and Web chat for assistance We will have outdoor contact-less payments via our outside box (see below) Our onsite service technicians will only be dispatched for emergency calls We offer curbside, online and over the phone purchases and non-contact pickup. Installations , repairs and orders of CanDo services CanDo Service Technicians : Our technicians will dispatch for emergency onsite service calls only, all efforts will be taken to repair issues outside of customer premise if possible. Equipment tests will still be completed at our Napanee location. Customers will be instructed to place there equipment in our drop slot and use the intercom for details. DSL Internet (Bell) : Technicians will no longer be entering customers locations for installations or repairs all efforts will be taken to repair issues outside of customer premise Cable Internet (Cogeco, Rogers) : Technicians will no longer be entering customers locations for installations or repairs all efforts will be taken to repair issues outside of customer premise. Prior to any dispatches customers will be asked: Have you or any persons in your home been out of Canada in the past 14 days Have you or any persons in your home showing symptoms of Covid-19 Corona virus (IE cough, fever, tiredness or difficulty breathing) Have you or any persons in your home been in contact with anyone who has possibly, or has been confirmed as infected with Covid-19 Corona virus Providing false information is against the law and may endanger our staff, technicians and our families. Any information found to be falsely given will result in immediate terminations, service flagging and possible criminal charges.
